Holly Skodis watched
her dad literally end his life through the nutritional choices he
had made throughout his life. Shortly after, she noticed she was
having higher cholesterol and blood pressure and started making the
connection with food and health.
Around the same time,
Holly started her Yoga Teacher Training, which led to her research
on the typical diets of yogis. On a compassionate level, Holly made
the connection between spirituality and what was on her
Today, Holly believes
wholly in not only a vegan lifestyle for compassionate reasons, but
a Whole Food Plant-Based diet for health reasons.
